Best bone-conduction headphones 2023 - incl. Shokz Openrun Pro, Naenka Runner Diver, Haylou PurFree

Is it really worth paying top whack for a decent pair of bone-conduction headphones? I was gifted the £160 Shokz Openrun Pro bone conduction headphones (bonephones) in 2022, see review link below, but I've since been curious as to how they compare to lower priced bonephones. So I bought a £19 and a £60 pair off Amazon, and I was sent the £100 Haylou PurFree BC01 and £140 Naenka Runner Diver to try too. The results were both surprising, and unsurprising!
