Warning!!! This No Knead Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread is so addictive. Once you try it, you'll keep eating it :)
This recipe is for NO KNEAD enthusiasts. So easy to make but so yummy!

Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1/4 cup melted butter (60ml)
1 large egg
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 cups all purpose flour (375g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
Filling:
1/3 cup butter (softened)
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

0:19 Ingredients: 1 cup warm milk (250ml) 1/4 cup melted butter (60ml) 1 large egg

1:29 Sprinkle some flour then degas the dough.
1:40 Transfer to a floured counter and roll out the dough.

1:55 Brush with softened butter about 1/3 cup.
2:06 Mix 1 cup brown sugar and 1 tbsps cinnamon powder
2:23 Sprinkle it on the dough spread.
2:36 Divide it according to the size of loaf pan/dish.
3:26 Place and line the prepared dough.
4:25 Brush with melted butter.
