MLBB Advanced Server Patch Notes 1.3.82

Here's the patch notes for the latest update of the MLBB Advanced Server (1.3.82), enjoy!

Highlights:
- Bane reworked.
- Alucard's Empire Agent skin will be available on 5th June 2019 for 2 weeks.
- Kaja's starlight skin will be available on 1st June 2019.
- Dyrroth (formerly Dyrus), Odette, Jawhead and (finally) Argus buffed.
- The Necrokeep map had been added in the brawl mode.
- Hero position system added.
- Equipment Book section had been added in the Preparation tab.
- A new category in the equipment items tab "Roam" was added along with several items.

- Several equipment had underwent some changes, kindly pause and read for the changes for these items:
i) Immortality
ii) Cursed Helmet
iii) Feather of Heaven
iv) Deadly Blade
v) Holy Crystal
vi) Blade of the Heptaseas
vii) Hunter Strike

- Soul Scroll, Wizard Boots and Courage Bulwark removed.
- Sea Halberd, Shadow Mask, Courage Mask and Awe Mask had been added.
