Ingredients:-
1 Grated Coconut
2 tsp Roasted Chickpeas
3-4 Green Chillies as per taste
1 tbsp. Peanuts
Curry Leaves
Sliced Ginger
2 Dry Chillies
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Asafoetida Powder
Salt as per taste
Refined Oil

Methods of how to make Coconut Chutney:
1. At first take a blender jar and add the Grated Coconut.
2. Add 2 tsp Roasted Chickpeas,1 tbsp. Peanuts, 4 Green Chillies, Sliced Ginger, Curry Leaves and make a smooth paste.
3. Add water as per requirement and make a smooth paste.
4. Now take a bowl and add the Coconut Paste.
5. Add Salt as per taste and mix well.
6. Then heat up a kadai and add 2 tbsp. Refined Oil.
7. Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds, 2 Dry Chillies, a pinch of Asafoetida, 10-12 Curry Leaves and turn off your oven.
8. Stir a little and add the masala in the chutney. Mix well.
9. Our Coconut Chutney is ready.
