Fanny Minesi, General Director of Friends of Bonobos of Congo, is the winner of the Tusk Award for Conservation in Africa 2023! This award goes to an individual judged to be an emerging conservation leader, in recognition of their outstanding contribution to conservation and considerable success shown in their chosen field.

The Tusk Conservation Awards, in partnership with Ninety One, honor the heroes of African conservation, and help tell their stories to the world.
