Safeguard your drill press with this chuck shield. It features a see-through, adjustable shield. It attaches to the side of drill presses with as few as two bolts. We made the screen out of impact-resistant polycarbonate (Lexan™) material.

Most importantly, this guarding includes a built-in electrical safety interlock switch that is tamper-resistant. The safety interlock switch ensures the safety guard is in place before the machine can run.

It is excellent for any drill press, including versions with a belt-driven speed change system and a head unit around 100mm (4″) in width. The TR-2-SP-CM drill press guard version allows the screen and arm to be mounted closer to the machine.
