Drone as First Responder (DFR) - was pioneered by CVPD and gives responding officers a bird's eye of incidents, often before they arrive. The teleoperators controlling the drones are police officers assigned to the UAS Team.

Live911 - was pioneered by CVPD and provides real-time audio of emergency calls to officers in the field.
