What if our world were more philosophical?

There exists a world known as Terravest, also called the Rotten Brain of the Elterigod.
This universe is structured around three main levels.
They are central, but not exclusive. Other levels may exist beyond them.
People.
Not limited to humans.
Mortal beings live inside political systems, biological limits, and cosmic rules they did not choose. Some of them carry fragments of divine essence, blurring the line between mortal and god.
Rulers.
Kings, councils, and states.
They coordinate populations, enforce order, and direct conflict. Their role is practical rather than symbolic.
Gods.
Entities that embody concepts, forces, and interpretations of reality.
People interact with them through prayer, rituals, abilities, and inherited divine traits. These interactions shape how existence is understood and justified.
Gods are not the only expressions of philosophy in this universe.
For example, there is Judge Malgrato.
He represents Law as an expression: physical laws, biological constraints, causality, and state order.
He possesses no divine power. He is not a god.
Yet he attempts to influence gods, rulers, and people, because law exists regardless of belief or worship.
All events in Terravest unfold within repeating cycles: the The Great Time Spiral.
Kingdoms rise and collapse. Political systems repeat. Ideologies replace one another.
When the spiral contracts, Terravest enters total war.
Time and space become unstable. All levels are drawn into conflict.
The result is not harmony.
One philosophical system prevails and becomes the dominant structure of reality.
