This week I’m travelling for work, staying in two Premier Inns and visiting the London Viewpoint at Wood Farm in Stanmore. I’m also opening up about my hearing loss and tinnitus and take you along to my hearing aid check-up.

This vlog is a bit different — it’s a mix of work trips, real-life health stuff, and those small seasonal moments that make autumn/winter feel special.

🚗 Travel & Work Life
I’m on the road this week for work, staying in two Premier Inns and squeezing in a walk to the London Viewpoint at Wood Farm in Stanmore, such a beautiful spot to see London from a totally different perspective.

🦻 Opening up about hearing loss & tinnitus
I also share more about my hearing loss and tinnitus, which I’ve had for two years now. I take you along to the hospital for my hearing aid check-up (I’ve only had it since March this year). It felt important to talk about it honestly.

☕ Cosy Moments & Little Joys
Back at home, I go into town, grab a coffee and my first mince pie of the season, get my nails done, and later Marc, Hugo and I head out for a canal walk.

We end the vlog with our first Bailey’s coffee of the season and a fire in the snug, pure cosy happiness.
