Experience a new flavor of cookie with caramel
Ingredients for making caramel sauce:
100 grams of sugar
Butter 20 grams
Breakfast cream 50 grams
Ingredients for cookie dough:
1 egg
125 grams of butter
80 grams of white sugar
60 grams of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Flour 230 grams
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Fireproof chocolate chips 80 grams
Beat the egg mixture, white and brown sugar, vanilla and butter until creamy.
The cookie dough is slightly sticky, do not add flour at all and let the dough rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
When you have prepared the cake and put it in the oven tray, put it in the fridge for another hour, then put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
The cookies that came out of the oven are very soft, do not touch them at all and let them cool in the oven tray.
With this amount of ingredients, I made 6 cookies with an approximate weight of 100 grams. If you want to make smaller cookies, divide the caramel according to the number of cookies .
