Access the Router Admin Page:

Connect to your Arcadyan router either via an Ethernet cable or through a preliminary WiFi connection (if available).
Open a web browser and enter the router's default IP address, usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1.
Enter the default username and password. Common defaults for Arcadyan routers are:
Username: admin
Password: admin
(Note: Some providers may set unique passwords, such as the router's MAC address or another code. Check the label on your router or the documentation.)
Navigate to the WiFi Settings:

Once logged in, look for a tab or section labeled "Wireless", "WiFi", or "WLAN".
In some routers, this section might be subdivided into 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. Choose which one you wish to configure.
Configure Basic Settings:

SSID (Network Name): This is the name of your wireless network. Set it to something unique.
Channel: You can set this to "Auto" or choose a specific channel. If you experience interference, you might want to change the channel.
Mode: Depending on your router and devices, you can choose different modes. For most users, the default or "Auto" setting works well.
Bandwidth: Select the bandwidth (20MHz, 40MHz, 80MHz). Usually, "Auto" is fine for most setups.
Security Settings:

Security Mode: Always select WPA2-PSK or WPA3-PSK if available. This provides the best security.
Password/Passphrase: Set a strong password for your WiFi network. This is what users will enter to connect to your network.
Advanced Settings (Optional):

Some routers have additional settings like MAC filtering, WPS (WiFi Protected Setup), QoS (Quality of Service), etc. Review these options and configure them according to your needs.
Save and Reboot:

After making all necessary changes, look for a "Save", "Apply", or "Reboot" button. You might need to reboot the router for changes to take effect.
Connect to Your Network:

Using a wireless device, look for your newly created SSID (network name) and connect using the password you set.
Remember to keep your router's firmware updated. Firmware updates often include security improvements and bug fixes.
