How to Paint a Borderlands Psycho Cel Shading Cosplay Tutorial

I decided to film another Borderlands Cel Shading Tutorial dealing with some more advanced techniques. This cel shading Psycho tutorial will focus on painting and airbrushing the Orange pants Psychos tend to wear. These painting techniques can also be applied to additional weapons and mask as seen in my other videos.
