Background
ATP Science is an innovative company that produces formulated supplementary sports foods for Australian and export markets worldwide.

ATP Science experienced rapid growth as it sought to increase its number of distribution centres in key markets.


The Challenge

ATP Science found a need for an ERP system to handle their inventory and stock management requirements. The ERP system needed the power to help ATP Science expand into additional markets like the USA.


ATP Science realised the need to integrate their website with an accounting system, due to the fast-growing number of online sales. ATP Science experienced up to 200 orders per day, resulting in one worker spending an entire day entering sales orders from WooCommerce into both their accounting system and Australia Post.


The Solution

ATP Science agreed to run two ERP systems, MYOB Advanced for Australia, and Acumatica for America. The main reason Momentum recommended Acumatica for the USA, is due to the complex state sales tax laws.


Momentum introduced ATP Science to Weka Online during the sales process. Weka Online understood ATP Science runs a multi WordPress website, housing a website tenant for four different countries.


Weka Online integrated the USA website with Acumatica, connecting customers, products, and sales orders. Weka Online integrated the other three websites to MYOB Advanced.


Bottomline

Comparing ATP Science online sales orders to the previous year, we have calculated growth in online orders by 42%. ATP Science can attribute this growth to good online marketing and a streamlined eCommerce platform.


Based on the number of orders received per month, we have estimated a total saving of 1314 administrative hours per year. The time saved is based on taking an average time to manually add a sales order (5 minutes) and multiplying by the number of orders received per year.
