This kit is created to producing Oxy-hydrogen gas, which will help to reduce the harmful emissions, improve the fuel economy, and of course, to save you money on fuel. The HHO is the chemical abbreviation of #Oxy-hydrogen gas. Oxy-hydrogen gas has two hydrogen molecules and one oxygen molecule. The model we are showing you in this video is model HS 4000 kit and usually, is for a vehicle between 2.5 and 4.5 liters engine displacement, it is quite easy to install it to your car. It contains 13 plates, ten neutral plates, one positive, and two negatives.
The HHO kit contains three essential elements to work correctly – the HHO bubbler, the HHO reservoir, and the HHO dry cell. The measure of the dry cell is 19 cm. By 19 cm, and is wide 12 cm. We are using those push-in fittings on all of our devices, which you can see in the video shown. They are flexible on 360 degrees, which makes them very easy to install. There are only two more things that you need to have to start the process – power and electrolyte. This substance produces an electrically leading solution when dissolved into a polar solvent such as water. You can prepare the electrolyte all by yourself. What you need is water and Potassium Hydroxide (KOH). It is pretty cheap materials so it can be found at a perfect price. The ratio we suggest you follow is 10%, which means 100 g of KOH mixed with 1-liter water. We are using the same one in our HHO car kits.
Once we have all components and consumables to work, let's see the process itself. There are two holes, which lead the electrolyte from the HHO reservoir to the dry cell, and there is another hole, which is returning the produced #HHO gas from the dry cell back to the tank. It follows another hole situated on the top of the HHO bubbler, and it moves the gas from the reservoir to it. There are also connectors, which we are using as an in led connector for the gas vehicle intake's holes. The produced HHO gas passes trough another hole, which is leading the gas from the HHO bubbler to the engine intake. What the HHO bubbler does is to retain the raw steam, which is usually formed during long operation, to purify the produces gas and to prevent any liquid such as water steam, water, or electrolyte. It also plays the role of a flashback arrestor if there is a spark back from the engine. If you have this HHO bubbler, you do not need a one-way plastic valve, because they prevent nothing and are fully opened by the vacuum the engine is creating. They are utterly useless. The following step we need to do is to place the negative connector on the dry cell and then the positive connector, and we can release the voltage. The next step of the process is to pour the electrolyte into the system to fill it up. Then the electrolyte is going to the dry cell only by gravity way. After the dry cavity is filled with electrolyte, the wires, which will provide the power to the dry cell are connected, and producing HHO gas may begin. The HHO kit will need 12 to 14 volts practically to simulate the charging system of the vehicle.
As you see from the video shortly after the beginning of the process, there is already produced HHO gas, and it is working very well at the point of 13 Amperes. But be careful when you do this procedure to your vehicle in real conditions – do not excite 25 Amps, because it will not be that effective if you use too much power. Commonly, to control the voltage and the amps, we are using a device called the Dynamic PWM for 12V. It automatically performs the control, and you can choose between two models of Dynamic PWM, depending on the type of your vehicle's engine. They are for Diesel engines and Petrol injections engines.
