Putin calls PM a 'great friend', invites him for meet on sidelines of BRICS summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited PM Modi for separate meet on sidelines of the BRICS summit in Russia's Kazan. He referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a "great friend", as he held talks with National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. Putin also extended a formal invitation to PM Modi for a separate meeting on the sidelines of the upcoming BRICS (Brazil-Russia-India-China-South Africa) summit in Russia's Kazan.
