Allow for the detection of various target proteins and the effects that certain stimulation conditions have on target protein expression in different cell lines.

These in vitro immunohistochemistry ELISA assays are a range of convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive tests that can monitor protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cells.

The ELISA Genie Cell-Based ELISA Kits can be used for measuring the relative amounts of protein or phosphorylated protein in cultured cells, as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on proteins and protein phosphorylation.

Qualitative determination of target protein concentration is achieved by an indirect ELISA format.

There are two forms of ELISA Genie Cell-Based ELISA Kits:

ELISA Genie Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kits
ELISA Genie Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kits

Easy-to-use - Conventional methods used to quantify phosphorylated proteins (e.g Western Blot) can be tricky to perform. ELISA Genie's Cell-Based assays are much simpler to use and the protocol is less complicated.

Minimal manual labour - No lysate preparation or lysate transfer steps required.
Adaptable - Allows for the measurement of target analytes in situ in both adherent and suspension cells.
Applications of ELISA Genie Cell-Based ELISA Kits:
Allows for the quantification of intracellular proteins in whole cultured cells under various treatment conditions.
Investigation of cell signalling pathways.
Investigation of cell cycle and proteins involved (phosphorylated and unphosphorylated).
Quantification of proteins involved in mitochondrial drug response (phosphorylated and unphosphorylated).
