Chikara Shigeno is the current number 11 member of the round table of the union who has the negation ability of Unmove.

Chikara is a highschool student who’s noted to be easily scared and anxious, he doesn’t like violence and freaks out when he sees blood and even weapons, but he does act in a pinch when the situation forces him to protect those close to him.

His Unmove ability allows Chikara to prevent targets from moving and this includes people and objects, the condition for activating his power is that he has to look at the target but Chikara also can’t move himself, which seems counteractive, but allows him to be an incredible support.

I’m pretty sure i’ve seen this guy move back in with his sisters?
