Mysore Lancers 1

This is a documentary regarding the link between Mysore and Israel. During the first world war, Mysore Lancers(Soldiers) were sent to Israel to reacquire the Haifa city which was occupied by Ottoman Turks. Mysore lancers along with Jodhpur and Hyderabad lancers defeated the turks and re occupied Haifa. Due to their contribution and sacrifice Haifa has become one of the largest city in Israel.

This documentary has been published to honour and remember the soldiers who bravely fought for peace.
