The song “Sometimes” is a nostalgic one, premised on the sentiment that sometimes, we do not necessarily want someone from our past back. We acknowledge that it is over, oftentimes for the better, but from time to time, we can't help but wonder if they ever think about us. Do we ever cross their minds? Not sure if it's the ego at play in such instances, or just nostalgia (or both haha) but I believe that it is a sentiment that anyone who has ever lost someone (whether it's an ex lover or a friend) can relate to. “Sometimes” is my first official release as an artist. I have been a songwriter and producer for quite a while now, writing and producing songs for other artists in multiple genres of music and have now decided to take a plunge into the artist pool, so to speak. The music bug bit me a long time ago and it won’t relent, so here we are. Excited to see where this next chapter of my musical journey takes me.
