Hello! Dana Lee here. My team & I have been hard at work developing RealFit.tv for the past few years - an awesome REAL-time fitness video website specifically for REAL people - of all ages, shapes, sizes & fitness levels. There are no fitness models in my workouts! That's just not reality. What you see in my workouts are truly my clients and my hope is that you find incredible inspiration in them as I do!

Our goal at RealFit is to help you stay on track with a healthy lifestyle, no matter how busy your life is or how insecure you feel about working out in a gym or in public. It's ok! WE GET IT! & WE GET YOU. That's how this site was born.
