A1 Precision Solutions is proud to have delivered our latest project – a 1033m2 mezzanine floor, incorporated as part of a larger warehouse relocation and optimisation project for a valued client.

The bulk of the mezzanine floor was designed and constructed primarily using Australia-made ColbyRACK, which incorporates product shelving with picking levels in the structural design, as well as, pallet storage on one perimeter section.

Two additional mezzanine flooring sections were designed and built using traditional steel structural columns and beams to allow for larger column spans and open space at ground level.

The mezzanine floor project also included installation of two automated conveyors, pallet rollover gates, two sets of stairs, fire services (sprinklers), power and lighting.

The overall warehouse relocation project also included a complete warehouse pallet racking relocation, new secure storage area with automated access, new bespoke pick bins, amongst other works.
