Relaxing walk along one of the longest beach in Wales. Aberavon Beach was awarded Blue Flag status in December 2007. Aberavon seafront is one of Wales' longest beaches having a contemporary promenade that overlooks Swansea Bay.

Aberavon is a town and a parish at the mouth of the river Avon, in the district of Neath, near Port Talbot, Glamorgan.

Aberavon Beach (Welsh: Traeth Aberafan), also known as Aberavon Sands, is a three-mile (5 km) stretch of sandy beach.
