Here are the steps to set up your custom author box:

1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.

2. Go to Appearance / GeneratePress and make sure the Elements module is activated.

3. Now, visit Appearance / Elements. Here, click on "Add New Element" and select "Hook" as the Element Type. Name it "Author Box."

4. Inside the content box, paste the provided HTML & PHP code for creating the author box.

5. In the Hook section, choose "generate_after_entry_content."

Check the box for "Execute PHP."

7. In the Display Rules section, define where the author box should appear. Select "post" under the Location section and click "Publish."

To refine the design:

8. Use the WP Code Snippets plugin (installed earlier) to add custom CSS.

9. Copy the CSS code provided below and paste it in WP Code Snippets. Give it a title like "Author Box," choose CSS Snippets in the Code Type dropdown, enable the switch, and click "Publish" or "Update."

That's it! Your author box will now beautifully complement your posts. If it's not displaying, ensure you've added Biographical Info in your user profile.
