A seamless link between Metro Line 11 and the riverfront promenade ensures effortless movement through a rich network of civic plazas, parks, and pedestrian streets — all designed through a people-first approach that prioritises walkability, permeability, and community life.

Historic cement factory structures, some over 100 years old, have been carefully preserved and transformed into dynamic performance venues — including a 3,000-seat arena beneath a restored dome. These spaces now host creativity and connection, blending the raw texture of the past with the vibrancy of modern design.
