We’re excited to provide you a video summary of our most critical updates from last month:

We’ve updated the workflow link on the Patch Management tab in the south pane so that going forward it takes you straight to the ‘Management Workflow’ option, instead of the legacy ‘Approval Policy’ dialog.

We rolled out a new Mac Agent, version 3.4.0, with a new capability to ease your deployment of features like Managed Antivirus and Take Control on Macs running newer operating systems such as Mojave and Catalina.

Update to the default run-time for Daily Safety Checks: For new workstation installs only, the default run-time is now 10am instead of 6am. This gives the checks more time to complete when workstations are first turned on by users in the morning, and can help avoid unnecessary check failures and alerts. The DSC run-time for servers is unchanged and stays at 6am.

The Backup & Recovery agent has updated to v19.12, the latest available Backup Manager version. The update includes improvements to performance and addresses a range of bug fixes

In the PSA integration, we’re continuing to roll out changes in response to partner feedback. In this release, we’ve added the ability to concatenate the Site and Device name on mapping. This configuration will work particularly well for partners who leverage the site-less feature.

Based on customer feedback, we’re pleased to release an update to the default thresholds of the performance monitoring check, so that the out-of-the-box settings make more sense and are less prone to failing the check unnecessarily. Note that this update only applies to newly installed checks going forward, it will not affect the current thresholds of existing checks.
