Ingredients:
For the Batter:- 1 cup gram flour (Besan) 1 cup curd 10ml less to 1 cup of water 1/8th tsp. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp. Ginger-Chilli Paste Salt to taste For the Tempering (Tadka):- 1½ tbsp. Oil 1 tsp. Mustard Seeds Curry Leaves 1½ tbsp. Sesame Seeds For the Garnish:- Red Chilli Powder Grated Coconut Coriander Leaves
Tempering:- Heat oil in a wok or kadhai and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and sesame seeds to it. Cook it for a few seconds and turn off the flame. Sprinkle a pinch of red chilli powder on the Khandvi and pour the tempering on it. Garnish:- Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves. Delicious Khandvi is ready to eat!
