Our adventure began in the Lotus Lounge, offering relaxation with its massage chairs but a less appetizing experience with the food, shadowed by an unwelcoming encounter and concern over hygiene standards. 🍽️🚫

The flight itself provided comfort and the usual excellent service expected from Vietnam Airlines Business Class, though the culinary offerings couldn't quite match the Paris leg of our travels. Still, the journey offered great value for money, highlighting the quality of their Business Class experience. 💺🍜

After nearly a week of waiting and a lack of communication from McKenzie Air, we took matters into our own hands.
