For transparency: I’m not affiliated with, developing, or contributing to ThangaQuest. My role is simply to archive its development so that the community can trace its history and evolution. To the best of my knowledge, all music, sprites, art, and assets belong to the original (and currently anonymous) developer of ThangaQuest.

The project first surfaced in the summer of 2024, when early builds of ThangaQuest vbegan circulating among RPG Maker fans. From the start, it stood out—not just for being built in the classic RPG Maker MV engine, but for how it pushes the toolset with custom mechanics, polished spritework, and a unique creative vision.

Since then, it’s been growing piece by piece, with each update offering new glimpses into the world, characters, and gameplay systems. Part of the excitement comes from the mystery: the developer remains anonymous, yet their work is steadily shaping into a hella promising RPG.
