Introducing the annual Atlantic Dash. 👋

The Atlantic Dash is an ocean rowing regatta that sees teams and solos pitting themselves against the might of the Atlantic Ocean, rowing from the Canary Islands to the Caribbean. 🏝️🌊🚣🌊🏝️

This event begins in January 2023 and has been created by the Monkey Fist Adventures team: three people with seven ocean rows between them encompassing the Pacific, Indian and Atlantic oceans, as well as bags of experience supporting teams and soloists across a wide range of oceans and seas. 🚣

The Atlantic Dash celebrates diversity. We'd like to see diversity in the location, background, age and culture of the people involved. And we'd like to see diversity in the vessels that take part; witnessing the latest cutting edge designs, to marvelling at the pristinely cared for classics. Most of all, we want to see lots of people become just as passionate and excited about the ocean rowing world as we are. 😊

When everything is said and done on this planet, we are immortalised on a lump of granite by a birth date, and a death date, separated by a dash...It is time to fill your Dash. 🙌
