This is natural and weekly 4 times to monthly 10 times is normal. It is a condition where a person gets night emission. It is a very very natural condition because of myths and misconceptions, this is considered as a disease. As everyone knows, naturally a man has two testis i.e the right and the left testis. The function of testis is spermatogenesis. On an average 17 to 20,000 sperms are produced every minute in it each day, hence you can calculate how many sperms a man can produce each day. This settles down in a small pouch called the seminal vesicle. Once he is active in his bed life i.e in activities like self stimulation or intimacy, he tends to empty the seminal vesicle and the semen is then ejaculated. But if there is an abstinence of 7 or 10 days it tends to come out on its own.This is a very normal physiological condition which does not require any treatment. But it's a myth that if a boy has nightfall , he loses his semen so his energy or his vision. These are all myths. You can imagine if you donate blood, there is no issue so how can semen loss lead to any issue. Sex education and knowledge is needed to be aware of this condition.
