Let's talk about how you can stop yo-yo dieting and still lose weight. I yo-yo dieted for years. I would follow a diet and cut my calories and lose weight. Then I would inevitably fall off of the diet gain all the way back and start the cycle all over again. I think a lot of diets focus on cutting calories and being in a calorie deficit, and this only put me into starvation mode which would make me inevitably fall off the diet. I also think the types of foods were eating are important as well. It can be hard to stay on a diet if we're not getting the proper fuel that our bodies need. So without further ado here are six tips to help you stop the yo-yo dieting cycle.
