The popularity of programmers have risen. I go over Jscan. It's a diagnostic tool that I've been using for over a year and a half that has worked out great. I'll show you what I did to connect it and how it works. I've used it to adjust things like Tire size, TPMS, and gear size. You can also use it for other things like lights, internals, and ESS.

You have to use a specific OBD module and for newer Mopar vehicles, you must use SGW cables. Then you would need to purchase a license for your vehicle which is associated with your VIN. I'll post links to what I use.
