2. To address the impact of drug abuse on children and minors in Lamu County, including the influence of uncontrolled social media content.
3. To empower young parents through training on effective child protection strategies.
4. To enhance the safety and security of children in Lamu Island, India Kashmir, and prevent them from becoming targets of radicalization.

Key Components of the Directive:
