The nanoplate-based system enables a simple and streamlined workflow to perform digital PCR – load, seal and go. In this descriptive video tutorial by our own Iska Steffens, we demonstrate the complete workflow from start to finish, including functions facilitated by the QIAcuity Software Suite. This walkthrough also provides some useful tips for getting the most out of your dPCR experiment: how to get your samples ready, how to set up the Software Suite, how to prepare the master mix, how to set up the QIAcuity Nanoplate, how to seal the plate, how to transport the plate, how to set up an experiment in the Control Software, how to check the plate status during a run, how to check the parameters of your images, how to analyze your results and how to handle errors.

- Create a dPCR experiment
- Prepare your reaction mixes in a pre-plate according to the manual
- Transfer the correct volume bubble-free to the bottom of the Nanoplate
- Seal the plate correctly, covering the macrostructure
- Load the plate into the instrument and press start
- The QIAcuity will process your plate in under 2 hours
- Your results are ready to be checked
