In this highlighted presentation to the 2014 CII Annual Conference, representatives of the Performance Assessment Committee discussed CII’s 10-10 Performance Assessment Program.

There is a failure within the capital projects industry to fully understand the impact of organizations and their working relationships on project performance. Rather than categorize project teams as “A,” “B,” or “C,” CII has been able to quantify project organizations through its 10-10 Performance Assessment Program, having obtained nearly 600 projects from member companies during the past year. The results are both surprising and highly informative. This engaging session will share the results of the first round of data collection in the 10-10 Program and, in the process, change your perception about what drives project performance in capital projects.
