Common problems within a relationship can be shared and explored in a safe, reassuring environment. Enabling the Therapist to identify the patterns causing the problems and working through these with the couple, to promote better understanding between them..and a more healthy Relationship.

Some couples therapists insist on both partners always attending together, some therapists suggest additional individual counselling sessions. This can work well if you have an issue you need to raise but are not yet ready to discuss in front of your partner.
