Twilight Masquerade is the Newest Pokemon Card Release and is expected to hit store shelves on May 24, 2024. This set is loaded with some of the most amazing Illustration Rare Pokemon Cards we have ever seen in a Pokemon Card Set. However, despite the amazing artworks, Twilight Masquerade Pull Rates continue to decline in the Scarlet and Violet Generation.

Beginning with Temporal Forces, Pokemon Card Pull Rates seemed to change. No longer were you basically guaranteed a Hyper Rare or Special Illustration Rare Pokemon Card in your Booster Box. Instead, it seems that roughly half of the Pokemon Card Booster Boxes that are opened contain neither a Hyper Rare or Special Illustration Rare. These poor pull rates make it extremely difficult to obtain a Twilight Masquerade Master Set and make it much more advantageous for a Pokemon Card Collector to focus on singles rather than opening up sealed Pokemon product.
