Fish Pie in Pastry

Fish pie is usually topped with mashed potato, but it works equally well in pastry. The filling for fish pie is rich and creamy and it should include at least three different types of fish - a white one like cod, coley or pollack, an oily one like salmon, and a smoked one like smoked haddock. I also add a few prawns.
