Matapos ang certificate of candidacy (COC) filing period para sa 2025 elections, sunod na aayusin ng Commission on Elections ang pagsala sa aspirants na maituturing na nuisance o panggulo lang.

Sinabi rin ng COMELEC na posibleng ideklarang independent Senate bet si Apollo Quiboloy kaugnay ng naging isyu sa isinumite nitong certificate of nomination and acceptance ng partido.
