First things first, we will need to go over how to download OptiFine 1.21.3. There is a link to download OptiFine in the description above. That will take you to our complete text guide on getting OptiFine. On that page, click the “Download OptiFine” button to go to Optifine’s official download page. From there, find the 1.21.3 version of OptiFine and click “mirror” next to it.

That will take you to the 1.21.3 page for downloading OptiFine. Click the “Download” button here, and OptiFine 1.21.3 will start downloading right away. You may need to keep or save the file depending on your browser.
