This cheesy, flavorful dish is always on the menu during parties and around the Holidays at Haitian households. The white sauce or sauce Bechamel is the base to this dish. A little patience and elbow grease goes a long way into getting this sauce the proper consistency to bind the macaroni together. The myriad of cheese give this macaroni such an amazing flavor!
