Quick little trip down the scenic Persimmon Ridge Road in the beautiful Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area of Upstate South Carolina and northern Greenville County with stops and waypoints at the trailheads for the Eva Russell Chandler Preserve and the Ashmore Heritage Preserve with information and pictures provided of the kiosks, the trails, the overlooks, and the amazing views from lovely Lake Wattacoo. Also includes footage of the aftermath on the forests and trees from devastating Hurricane Helene last year, but luckily the entire road is now open and in fairly good shape for a 3.5 mile long gravel road.
