Squid Salad
squid
hard-boiled eggs
fresh cucumber
canned corn
mayonnaise
onion
grated cheese
salt & black pepper to taste
Place cleaned squid into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
To remove the sharp bite from the onion, slice it, pour boiling water over it and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Cut the cooked squid, eggs, and cucumber into thin strips.
Combine everything in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
