In today's video, I will show you how to play Kanoodle Genius. (There are a total of 202 advanced puzzles, with ages 8-adult.) The puzzles are in the booklet, plus seven quick-play puzzles.
There are seven pieces (noodles) in the cabin, each with its own name (A-G), shape, and color.
To play the game, you would perform the puzzles just like any other Lonpos cabin. First, take out all the pieces from the board. Second, pick a puzzle (#001) in the booklet, and place the showing pieces on the board. (Once you place those pieces in, they cannot be moved.) Third, place the remaining pieces on the board (this is where the real challenge comes in).
There are three levels in the 2-D puzzles: Level 1 -- Super Pro, simple, three remaining pieces; Level 2 -- Champ, moderate, four remaining pieces; Level 3 -- Whiz, difficult, five remaining pieces.
There are five levels in the 3-D pyramid puzzles: Level 1 -- Champ, moderate, one remaining piece; Level 2 -- Whiz, difficult, two remaining pieces; Level 3 -- Expert, very difficult, three remaining pieces; Level 4 -- Genius, advanced, four remaining pieces; Level 5 -- Kanoodle Genius, super advanced, five remaining pieces.
Remember that when you enter levels 4 - 5 of the 3-D pyramid puzzles, you can look back at previous 3-D pyramid puzzles, and try to find a similar pyramid. There is a total of 24 different positions you can make with one pyramid (3 rotations x 4 faces x 2 reflections).
If you have the game at home, see how far you can go to completing all 202 puzzles!
