A really fun conversation getting to know the chairman of San Diego Comic Fest, Matt Dunford. SD Comic Fest takes place October 25-27, 2024.



Matt is passionate about comics and has a connection to some of the most incredible celebrities in the industry, and yet, he is quite humble. Matt and I talk a bit about mobile filmmaking from his perspective, and his thoughts on ’28 Years Later’ by Danny Boyle, shot with iPhone and funded by Hollywood studios. But in this episode, you’ll enjoy a fun conversation where Matt shares intimate stories of his connection to the comics industry.



Matt shares how he learned to read with comics, his first San Diego Comic-Con experience, and then we discuss his role in the Netflix Emmy award-winning documentary series, “Love on the Spectrum.” Matt is in the first episode of season 2.
