Starting my day with a keto-friendly boost that goes beyond just cutting carbs—hydration and electrolytes are crucial on this diet. I mix 14 cups of water with 10 grams of creatine monohydrate (split into two servings) and 8 servings of pink Himalayan salt to ensure optimal hydration and electrolyte balance. This combo delivers 10 grams of creatine, which not only supports physical performance but also enhances mental clarity, focus, and memory.
