Ingredients
Soaked Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
Roasted finger millet's powder -1/2 cup
Jaggery - ½ cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - A pinch
Water

Step 1
Add tamarind pulp in a bowl. Add in some jaggery powder and mix it well until the jaggery dissolves.

Step 2
Now add roasted finger millet's powder and make sure there are no lumps.

Step 3
Add some water and mix well. Now add a pinch of cardamom powder and mix well. Pour it into a glass and relish it.

Do Note: You can mix with hot milk, jaggery and milk for a sweet version. Or mix with curd, roasted groundnuts and salt to taste for a savoury version.
