M4H Live can be watched and interacted with by all members of the private M4H Modellers Mess group on Facebook. However, be aware that the Sunday 1100 Live session is publicly available on Social Media.

M4H Volunteers are not clinically trained MH professionals and opinions expressed are the individuals own.

When commenting in the live chat using ‘mild language’ the media platform may mark it as inflammatory. So be aware if your comment doesn’t appear, it may be your use of language.
