Day 7 – New Year, New You Challenge 🔥This 38-minute Unilateral Power, Strength & Balance Workout is a full-body session designed to build strength, stability, and control.We combine unilateral exercises with classic strength work, using 35 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest to keep the intensity high while maintaining clean, controlled movement. Each side works independently to challenge your balance, activate your core, and improve muscular symmetry.
