Take a quick look at this James and Jazz video where I show you a great legs exercise in the gym called squat pumps. Squat pumps are bascially a 3/4 squat that will ultimately bring some great leg definition (upper leg definition / definition in the quads), and they will give you a great legs pump too. I would highly suggest using the Schiek knee sleeves and weight training belt for these as they provide some great added knee support and back support, which should help with the health and longevity of your knees and back in the long run too. If you have set fitness goals for toning, then these squat pumps will be perfect for you.

The required equipment for these squat pumps is the smith machine, but you could do these on a squat rack with free weights too. I also suggest using the Schiek knee sleeves and weight training belt to give you some great added knee and back support. Furthermore, I suggest having a bottle of water and a workout towel when you do this exercise so that you can keep the sweat out of your eyes and stay well hydrated throughout your workout.
